Ryanair is promoting flights for September and October with prices starting from £14.99 on routes such as London to Castellon, Barcelona, and Valencia. For those planning to travel in November and December, fares begin at approximately £19.99. Meanwhile, easyJet has introduced a sale featuring over 780,000 discounted seats, offering up to 20% off on select routes. Among these are flights from Gatwick to Alicante, Bristol to Malaga, and Luton to Barcelona, with prices starting at £18.99. Additionally, some October flights to Palma are available from £15.99.
Wizz Air is not only participating in the fare reductions but is also expanding its foothold in Spain. The airline plans to open new bases in Valencia and Madrid by November, adding routes that will enhance competition with Ryanair. Spanish carriers are also engaging in the pricing battle, with Vueling offering discounts of up to 20% on 110,000 seats. International fares with Vueling begin at €16, while Iberia is advertising domestic flights from €24 and selected European destinations from €29.
